JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Management Trainee, Digital Marketing in Healthcare

Location: Delhi

Duration: 3-6 months (Internship)

JOB SUMMARY:

Relieka Healthcare is a leading company in the field of medical value travel, providing healthcare solutions to international patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Management Trainee to join our team for a 3-6 months internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the field of digital marketing and build a strong foundation for increasing company’s sales and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote Relieka Healthcare's medical value travel services.

Create engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and marketing collaterals.

Utilize social media platforms effectively to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and attract potential international patients.

Conduct market research to identify target markets, analyse competition, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Support the coordination of medical travel arrangements, including appointment scheduling, travel logistics, and coordination with healthcare providers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth patient experiences and excellent customer service.

Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends, healthcare advancements, and regulations related to medical value travel.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any science discipline or BBA with preference to MBA graduates.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively.

Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, content creation, and SEO.

Creative writing skills to develop engaging and persuasive content.

Well-versed with various social media platforms and their analytics.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Passionate about the healthcare industry and medical value travel.
